Cowgirl Flair Boutique Shipping Policy:

All items shipping via regular shipping will be processed and sent out via USPS within 1-4 business days, at a flat rate of $5.00. (For information about additional charges for rush orders PLEASE email cowgirlflairsonoita@gmail.com). All orders placed after 3:00PM CST will be processed on the next business day.

Cowgirl Flair Boutique Return Policy:

Here at CGF we want you to love your clothes and enjoy your shopping experience as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do whatever we can to try and help. We encourage you to email us should you have any questions at all regarding our styles. We will do our best to post sizing online, but we understand that sometimes things just do not fit right. Should you need to make a return please email us at cowgirlflairsonoita@gmail.com with your item description, date of purchase, and reason for return.

 

Return Qualifications:

All accessories and sale items are non-returnable.

Items must be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase for store-credit only. Due to our limited quantity of unique clothing, we cannot guarantee exchanges. We will be happy to issue a store credit.

Items will be accepted for return as long as they are unworn (makeup free, no stains, smoke free and deodorant free) and unwashed with original tags still attached.

Once we verify that the return has met the guidelines, you will receive an email approving your return with further instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will email you with your store credit information. Store credits must be used within 30 days of issuance. We reserve the right to refuse a store credit on any item that does not meet the above guidelines.

Shipping costs associated with returns will be the responsibility of the client. We take pride in our sales and services. Also, we suggest getting tracking for the package as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, should we ship something to you in error, we will assume all costs in order to make it right again.
